Introduction: My training style stands out by drawing from years of experience in sports of various kinds, from football and track and field to boxing and MMA, as well as an eagerness to learn and experience new scientific training principles as well as "bro knowledge" to create an unorthodox, exciting, and rewarding workout and personal training experience. By engaging and interacting with my clients regularly inside and out of the gym to encourage sound nutritional and lifestyle choices, together we create lasting results and the greatest possible version of themselves. Let me be your guide and buddy on this fitness journey! I enjoy diverse training, trying something new and creative so that fitness stays fun and easy to adhere to. I believe fitness should be accessible to every individual, as well as enjoyable for everyone. At the same time it should be based around sound science and proven methods, to create an effective and efficient workout.

Riley is my coach for a 21 day challenge and also boxing class. He is very good teaching any age client, and is always there if you need something, question answered, anything. If you are looking for a dedicated trainer Riley would be an excellent choice. His positive attitude certainly encourages you to reach your goals.

Riley is a coach, and cheerleader as well as a wonderful personal trainer. I have worked with him last year and plan to work with him this year , as my personal trainer. I highly recommend him;especially if you need a bit more help then you did a few years ago.

Riley is a PT @ XL Health Club in Peoria and he Rocks! Recently completed a 21 Day program & throughout Riley was very supportive at the gym as well as daily 'pep texts' each evening encouraging all of us! He is a super pleasant guy very attentive, lots of encouragement and positive correction (as to form, etc). A definite plus for XL Health Club to have on their staff and for the members too! I have more confidence in myself since training with Riley & highly recommend him if you want to train to the max (cause he will push you) but make it enjoyable at the same time! Cindi

Not only is Riley an amazing trainer he is an awesome kind hearted person! He helped me lose a bunch of weight. I was over 350 last year. I'm now down to 260. I can't tell you how many times I wanted to quit. But Riley was there pushing me to keep on keepin on! I've tried other trainers but it felt like they didnt pay attention to my form and wanted the work out to be over just as much as I did. But not with Riley. He puts 100 percent into his training!
