FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work at XL Health Club in Peoria and they charge $65 an hour, or $35 per half hour. You would also need to buy a membership if you are looking to train with me there. If you would like to train privately, my cost is $60 an hour and I only sell hour long sessions. I sell packages of 5, 10, 15 or custom amounts of sessions that we can discuss. Whether you train with me at XL or privately, the first session is free so you can see if you enjoy working out with me!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to do not only a basic health screening, but I also choose to do a movement and simple fitness screening to see where you are strong, and where we can improve your movement, strength, and over all health and wellness. After that I can teach you how to address those imbalances and weaknesses. A good trainer will always do both of those to be sure your workout is tailored to you as an individual, and to better understand you and your fitness level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Exercise and Wellness at Arizona State University before deciding to move to LA and then back to Phoenix to focus on my boxing and my MMA career, which after several years lead me back into the fitness industry as a personal trainer. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
