- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although I love sharing my experiences with others and teaching them some simple meal preparations and techniques where the price varies based on what the customer wants. I have programs from teaching basic cooking skills which are shorter sessions around $50 per hour. For parties we try to factor in menu options. Base is usually $30 per hour plus food. Additional Seafood prices are added for additional dishes or portion sizes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically after the initial quote, I like to either meet with the customer face to face or a phone conversation to cover the details of the project and set the guidelines of expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned a Bar-B-Que restaurant where I developed my own sauces and rubs. I love cooking and always have, my mom was an amazing cook. I have a Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition Science. ANSI Certified Food Handler. Many personal cooking experiments to develop that perfect balance of nutrition and taste.
