- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is getting to know our clients, their vision, and goals for the project. This helps us ensure that we are the right fit for what they need. Next step, we create an outline of the project (which is shared with the client) so that we're clear that everyone is on the same page. Once the outline is approved we begin the design and development work... soon after a Beta version of the project is ready for review. At the Beta phase we address any changes, concerns, or questions. Once the Beta changes are all implemented it's time for the launch!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We love working with Small Business... anything from eCommerce websites to Nonprofits. Our extensive knowledge of working with smaller businesses provides us with a strong understanding of how we can elevate their online business.
