If anyone knows me, they know that I'm not gifted when it comes to computers and the interweb and things like that. It's safe to say that I needed help across the board with my computer and gadgets and that's precisely what I got with GOT IT. It can be frustrating when someone explains something too fast, expecting you to keep up, or worse, explaining in a condescending manner when you don't quite understand something. This was NOT the case with GOT IT and I noticed it right away. They were very patient with my lack of experience and went out of their way to make sure I knew what they were talking about and what I was doing before we parted ways. If they can get ME up to speed with technology, I can't imagine what they can do for someone with a head start. I'll definitely refer my family and friends as well as use them again in the future.

I went to Got It with a fairly new laptop that had completely died. It would turn on but would do nothing else. After it was repaired, it works as if brand new! The price was extremely reasonable and the service was fast and friendly. I will Got It for all my future computer repair needs.

I have used GotIT for all my computer needs for several years. They have repaired laptops and other devices, helped me install software, clean up my files, and made sure my files are secured with security software. What's also great is that they will come to you to do repairs, or can help you remotely over the phone. It's a one-of-a-kind service in the Valley that I highly recommend!
