- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We focus on Pest Control, we don’t have a sales and marketing team, a fancy office or royalties to pay a franchiser and we reflect that in our low prices. We offer 10% off for veterans, students, fire fighters, police, military and teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the issue, sometimes we can give you a quote over the phone if its a simple situation like scorpions or crickets. If its something more complex like rodents or pigeons, we might have to come over and take a look. Inspections and quotes are always free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of us are state licensed by the Arizona Department of Agriculture. We keep up on our skills and learn new techniques by taking continuing education classes every year. We also love reading our favorite magazine "Pest Control Technology".
