FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, residential window cleaning can run a wide price range. My pricing sits around the average for my service area. I have set my pricing at what I believe is a price that benefits both my clients and assures I will be around to help them as long as possible. I charge per pane as I feel this is the way to be the most fair to each client I have. Big or small, my pricing is transparent and offers a great value. I also offer discounts for things such as higher numbers of panes, frequency of cleanings, and customer loyalty. For 2023 I am trying something new and each month I am having one lucky winner get an exterior cleaning at no cost or obligation, no purchase necessary. Just another way I give back to the community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All we need is your information and a little about the services you are requesting. From there we can send you a written estimate that fully covers everything you need to know about what we do, including the overall cost of those services. If preferred we can usually even come out to give an on-site estimate within a few hours. We do everything we can to be completely upfront about all costs involved and feel that companies that will quote a cost and then at the time of service add hidden fees and costs are either inexperienced or just being plain dishonest. Once you get our proposal packet, you can take a look through it at your leisure and simply check the services you would like done, when you would like them scheduled, click on the accept button, and leave the rest to us. We will arrive as promised and can do any outside services without you needing to even be there. Then, after the job and your approval of the work we can accept almost every form of payment most convenient to you. If you want to schedule your next service before we leave we will extend a discount of 5% on that service as a thank you for choosing to use us for your window cleaning or assembly needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning windows here in the greater Phoenix area for many years. I have seen just about anything possible this environment can do to windows and know how to properly maintain them to keep them as new looking as possible. I've worked in customer service for many additional years and worked in management for a few of those years. Customer service is really what I do, I just happen to clean some things along the way. I have passed award winning sales and customer service training programs and feel that most companies are losing that more personal touch that used to be standard. I'm always researching the industry and always keep on top of the latest trends and technologies in my industry, as it's important to stay informed and knowledgeable in everything you do.
