- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our price works out to about $10 per window for cleaning both sides of the glass, or $5 per pane. That includes cleaning bug screens and usually anything on the first or second floor. I also wipe out the tracks for no additional charge if it is requested. I believe in giving service personnel a discount of 10% as well, they make such a difference in our community that I think they deserve a thank you for what they do. This includes all police, armed forces, firefighters, and all first responders. Without them doing what they do I couldn't do what I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Most of the time we will exchange a few messages by text or email and get the details of what needs to be done and a cost break down. Then once we agree upon the terms we go ahead and schedule things to be done at their convenience. Sometimes an in person estimate is done if anything is unclear about the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over ten years experience cleaning windows in the Phoenix area, from commercial and store front to high end residential homes. I have been in customer service or sales of some sort for about 20 years now. I've built over a few hundred pieces of furniture and other equipment in the past few years. I enjoy woodworking and took classes when I was younger in it. I'm also an avid researcher of any interest I have which always helps with things I do. I see myself as always learning new things, you can never know too much about anything.
