- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing will always be reasonable with the service to provide for clients. I like to provide services that are affordable to clients so they can get services to what they need to have done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with new customers i like to arrange a time to review my scope of work that they are trying to have done. After i review the work i send them a estimate over email. I can also look at the work via pictures in its more convenient for the customer. its all about the customer and what works better for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I worked for construction for a long time before i went to working for myself. i also worked for the carpenters union for a few years where they provide training on safety as well as bringing stuff properly up to code. So i have many certification.
