FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have flat rate pricing. I don't understand charging more for brides, its their special day. Depending on the group, I might have additional fees for extensive travel, assistants, or an hourly rate for touch ups. Even with all of this, I am still the best price in town with the most luxurious amenities. I only use high end, dermatologist tested products safe for all skin types. I usually prep the skin with a mini facial before the makeup application, and a gentle peel, scrub, or clay mask on brides or models. Be as descriptive as possible with your beauty needs. If you want to bypass lashes or skin treatments let me know, it may alter the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed esthetician with 8+ years of experience in retail cosmetics, production film, professional photoshoots, and bridal/event beauty.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been passionate about doing makeup before I was even allowed to wear it. I used to obsess over Kevyn Aucoin as a young girl in the 90's. I feverishly studied his techniques and practiced until I was of age to make it a profession.
