I enjoyed working with Derek. He was very responsive and professional. However, I did feel somewhat taken advantage of regarding the seller credit.

I had to sell a home and buy a home at the same time. What I thought was going to be impossible Darek was able to accomplish this task within 45 days. He made what could have been a very stressful experience a very enjoyable and seamless experience. I have recommended Darek to several people and know the next time I go to buy or sell a house I will be using him. He is a wonderful person and Realtor!
