Introduction: I have over 12 years experience as a meditator, over 9 years experience as an energetic healer, over 8 years as an emotional healing practitioner (Inner Space Techniques) and Entity (Energetic parasite) Clearer, 8 years as a personal trainer/nutritional consultant and am an active member of the American Herbalists Guild.
I have travelled across the US and internationally giving talks, doing client intensives and helping to facilitate meditation workshops and courses.
I trained directly with doctor, author, healer and spiritual teacher Samuel Sagan, MD. I lived on property at the meditation retreat during this full-time training.

I attended the National Personal Training Institute in Seattle, WA, where I studied anatomy, psychology, kinesiology, nutrition, physiology and more, graduating with a 3.8 GPA.
I also spent two years managing the Dementia facilities at an assisted living home, two years as caregiver and personal trainer to a teenage boy that suffered from a traumatic brain injury and stroke (caused by a hit and run accident), and helped run a home for men with schizophrenia for over a year.

Advanced Energetic Health:
As an energetic healer/herbalist, I deeply care for each client and will go out of my way to ensure my clients are receiving the best care possible.
For my human clients, I specialise in all cases of physical and/or emotional shock/trauma and any underlying energetic issues that result in physical symptoms such as:
Chronic back, hip, neck and knee pain, whiplash, digestive issues, symptoms associated with auto immune diseases, mysterious symptoms with no diagnosis or obvious physical reason, issues associated with puberty and teenage years, all stages of menopause, erectile dysfunction, issues that no other treatments have helped, skin conditions, sexual dysfunctions/low libido, constipation, diarrhoea, fatigue, night sweats, arthritic pain, insomnia, anxiety and much more.
My work also includes healing animals. I have over four years of experience working with animals to relieve symptoms such as bloated belly, seizures, loss of appetite, preventing and managing symptoms of kidney and liver disease, anxiety disorders, violent behaviour, excessive or abnormal behaviours, physical and emotional symptoms from shock and trauma, digestive issues, and more.
I also have an animal friend of my own at home, a beautiful 1/2 Snowshoe Siamese, 1/2 American Shorthair cat named Perseus!

Emotional Healing Techniques:
Inner Space Techniques work at a deep embodied level, a meditation-based space beyond the ordinary mind and its chatter. These techniques help you resolve emotional issues/ traumas, work through grief, explore your rich inner world and connect with your spiritual magnitude.
They help to unravel all the layers of belief systems, energetic emotional scars and traumas, imprinting, identification, ancestry and such to reveal your light inside, your will inside and your peace inside.
Some sessions may include past life regressions, where the focus is never the story but the energetic experience itself and the de-charging of the past life traumas or energetic emotional states.
I offer a complimentary 30 minute Gmeet video consultation. I enjoy connecting with each potential client and listening to their particular wants and needs.
