- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are very competitive with the market, much cheaper than a college course or a private business course from a computer training company. All of my training sessions will include a training exercise quick reference guide for continued learning and practice after my sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the beginning, it is very important to listen to the customer. If I can determine specific needs and/or projects, then the training can be very focused and specific to those needs. Communication will be the key! If the customer is local to the Phoenix, AZ area, I can meet in person for training. If outside of this area, that is ok. The internet can be used to view my screen or your screen with minimal effort. It will be an extremely easy process to talk to me over the phone too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for 20+ years with technology training to customers. I can lead some very introductory or advanced sessions for many applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access). I am certified expert level by Microsoft for all of their applications. I have developed many training programs, curriculum, and e-Learning videos.
