- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They should know there is a base price for all jobs but not every job is the same. Some require more work than others ex: damaged walls, prep, flaking, ect... many jobs have problems and we are here to make it look perfect without flaws.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our very first step is to introduce ourselves and get to know our customers on a friendly basis. Next we walk the house and have our customer show us what needs to be done. After that we tell them our honest truth of what needs to be done and show them also. If all goes well we will try to at any costs to meet our customers dreams in what they want done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of experience doing everything from interior painting to dry wall patches to staining to cabinets and even epoxy flooring.
