Introduction: I am the owner and head coach of Be Epic Athletics. I offer group classes, personal training, nutrition, sports performance and weightlifting.
I, myself have been through a health and fitness transformation. Through proper nutrition, fitness and consistent dedication, I've dropped over 70lbs and have improved my health significantly. Because of my own transformation I decided I wanted to help others. So I set out to do just that. I spend the majority of time I have outside of running a gym and doing personal training and nutrition, I study all aspects of the human body and how to improve it. I'm ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, CrossFit L1, USA weightlifting sports & performance, Precision Nutrition, and am enrolled to started Mac Nutrition University in Sep.

This is by far one of the best and most welcoming CrossFit facilities I have ever been to. I am relatively new to CrossFit and was nervous about trying a class in a new city but wanted to workout while I was visiting Pheonix for work. I went to the 6 am class with Michael 3 times during the week I was in Phoenix and was blown away. I loved the variety of the WODs as well as Michael's ability to scale each WOD so that it was suitable for beginners and the more advanced members of the class. Additionally, not only did Michael treat me with the utmost hospitality, the class members made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this studio to anyone in Pheonix looking to try out CrossFit and will be back if I'm ever in the area again.
