So here’s the thing with Monica. I was the first to respond. The lowest price. And I was immediately available. She texted me asking questions about working together. Told her my insurance limits the involvement. Then I even offered her a lower price. Then as we were talking I informed her Thumbtack charged me for her contact. After all that she decided to pass. I responded to her in a gentleman manner explaining that communication takes time and money from us pros. We would love to save customers money however, if Thumbtack charges us for customer questions then we have no choice but to increased our prices. So these two stars reflect the struggle is pros have when we are competing for your business. For the record. In A Pinch Moving Company will always be the lowest bid. And I guarantee my work or your money back.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are always negotiable. Thumbtack format isn’t always specific. Sometimes I bill less than my original quote. Sometimes more. However, my original quote is generally in the ball park.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer a phone call. I guess I’m old school. However, I get that it’s not always possible to talk for most of you are on conference calls yourselves. Nevertheless, once you confirm with me there is no further need to speak until the day of the job. This makes it easier for you. Allow me to worry about the details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had the best training and education possible. For 26 years I have been working for my brother and we have strived to be the best contractors in the entire state. As of right now, no one even comes close to the ratings of Trickshot Billards. And we are on Thumbtack.
