What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate for a 21 day turn-around is $65/hour; for a 14 day turn-around, $80/hour; 7 day turnaround $99/hour. Extreme rush jobs start at $120/hour and require full payment before work is commenced. Flat fees can be arranged. I will work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally conduct a short phone interview followed by a review of germane documents. If I believe I can help you, I provide a quote and will begin work upon receipt of deposit.
