- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each of our standard packages have standard prices. Any of these packages can be customized. We have a minimum that must be met for our concession trailer and servers to come to an event. There is no minimum for our "to go" items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out to us whether online or on the phone we send an email with our standard catering packages and description of our services. Once a date has been confirmed and a package selected, we send a confirmation email and request for a deposit. When the deposit is received then we are confirmed. We follow up about two weeks before the event for final details and the day of we arrive, set up, and serve some ice cream! Either Rob or Bernadette is always available to discuss anything that might come up in between booking and the event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family was looking for an opportunity to make a fun and meaningful contribution to our community. What better way to do that than through ice cream?
