What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After my bid has been accepted: 1. We exchange numbers 2. I request that you email me the most up to date resume available 3. Upon review I will respond, via email, with an invoice 4. I will schedule a time for us to discuss the job 5. After discussions, I begin working on the resume 6. Once completed, I will reach out to advise that it has been completed. *Please note - Before submitting work, the invoice be paid in full. 7. Once paid, I will email the first draft for your review 8. If edits need to be made, I will edit and resubmit 9. This process can take as long as you'd like until you are satisfied with the final product
