- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing I am not expert at and I try to be fair as far as what would I be willing to pay. It is based on factors like area, rooms, distance, frequentcy, and finally amount of time. As far as cleaning I will always do a deep cleaning. I will always pay attention to detail. So I guess initial cleaning would cost the most and maintenance less. We both set the bar together as far as pricing and cleanliness goes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a walk through. I take note of what needs to be done. I plan, I present to customer, I check supplies, then I get to work. Seda Construction- I would get in touch with customer, make an appointment,
