Gina has it all. She is strategetic, visionary and brilliant, plus she knows how to roll up her sleeves and get the job done. When we did our magazine, Inkubated!, I pretty much bullied Gina into taking the project because I was 100% sure without her I'd get a really good magazine and with her I would get something revolutionary that not only massively impacted our revenue and raised our brand profile but also that set a new standard industry wide. I was right. Her eye for design and art direction is unparalleled and innate but beyond that she saved me thousands of dollars during the project making really smart, decisions that allowed me to get the project done and meet all of our deadlines but still create phases and iterations so we weren't saddled with expensive last minute changes. What I love about Gina is that she is not just an art director who gets the job done, she is a business person who understands cash flow, business strategy, and ROI in a way you just don't get with most run of the mill agencies. I highly recommend her and her team for your marketing initatives.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SquareSpace websites beginning at $699. Logos and branding beginning at $75. Social Media launch packages beginning $159. More available by contacting me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the project we'd be working on, an initial discovery email would include learning about who and where your customers are, and who your competitors are. I'll ask you to describe one ideal client, what magazine does she read, what conferences does he attend, etc. Design is subjective, I'll want to know your taste as well. If we are working on branding, web site design or logo design - I might ask for your favorite and least favorite websites, your favorite colors and type styles - even your celebrity tastemaker inspiration. For social media - I have a "profiler" document that helps me to gather some general information about your business. And, then I go to work researching inspiration from a number of sources.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My B.S. is in business leadership and management from Nyack College. But, I'm most proud of the years of experience I've had in the trenches creating amazing real-world marketing programs for top technology companies and small businesses alike. My most recent formal training was Digital Boot Camp in NYC.
