- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer complimentary repair estimates to all new and existing customers. After identifying the problem and/or problems, we will provide several different repair options and prices to choose from. Once the customer has selected their preferred repair option, we will complete the repair immediately to the customer's satisfaction. Upon completion, we accept all forms of payment. All repairs come standard with our limited lifetime parts warranty, and a 90 day customer satisfaction guarantee labor warranty. In addition, we feel that our service is top notch, and our pricing is very competitive. We will also match a competitors repair quote if possible, but typically we are the more cost effective option.

4 year B.S. Degree from Virginia Tech 10+ years of construction and real estate related experience 3+ years of garage door specific training and experience
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was employed by one of the nation's largest and best known garage door repair and installation companies for the past several years. My mission is to provide the same great products and service to the general public, with a much higher level of customer service and attention to detail, without the inflated pricing and overhead costs of the larger companies.
