Erik was great, he came to our place twice and installed a new hard drive and basically made our 4 year old computer new. Erik communicated promptly and was very polite. We will definitely be recommending Erik to our family and friends!

Erik was amazing! I needed a new external hardrive NAS cloud system set up for my business, I tried to do it myself before becoming totally confused and decided to get somebody in to set it up and teach me to use it. Erik's price was super reasonable, and he was amazing. He was right on time, very patient with all my questions, and got everything up and running quickly and taught my assistant and myself how to access and work the new system. He even started to help me with setting up a backup system and I hired him to get that up and running as well! He has lots of experience but has recently started working for himself, and I think he did great. Thanks Erik!

I bumped my laptop and it stopped working immediately - true horror. Then Erik showed up and recovered my files, restored my OS, and advised how to get my wifi faster -- all for a flat rate that he very generously stuck by despite having to come back a second day to work on the laptop recovery. On top of the awesome results, he was very kind and patient. Thumbs up

I hired Erik to go to my sister's house to help her with a PC laptop virus situation. I am not located near my sister, and could not properly help her over the phone - so we needed a 'geek' to come to her. Erik communicated with me very well on Thumbtack messaging before he went over, and seemed to grasp the situation through these messages (while others did not) - so he was the man for the job! When he got there, I had my sister call me so I could 'be there' in case of questions as he started work. My sister said he was really thorough, and willing to stay until she was satisfied. Then, I had them call me before he left there so I could have him tell me what he did. He went over her hard drive with a fine tooth comb and found and removed several issues. Also installed software. I am satisfied that her PC issues are solved, and he had good suggestions as to what we could do going forward to prevent recurrence. He went above and beyond to help my sister who is non-techy feel comfortable. And also communicated well with me long distance ... so TWO customers basically. Nice guy who knows his business. Great value for the money. Hire him! :)

He knows what he's doing friendly l will recommend him .My laptop was not working for 3 month l even call dell they couldn't fixed it it took just one try and he fixed it and also told me what'll need to upgrade and he's price is very reason reasonable thx
