The 1st visit they looked around to see what needed to be done & we agreed they would come back the next week. They agreed to clean w/min staging furniture in place. The next week they were over an hour & a half late and it was dark when they finally finished. The next day we discovered they missed a very dirty ceiling fan. They refused to come back & clean saying the bed (on little frame with wheels) was in the way. Hi Loretta, You contacted us to set an appointment for a move-in cleaning. Few days later you contacted us saying your contractor was delayed so We gladly reschedule. The house was suppose to be ready and empty for us to do our job. You told us that since we were rescheduling that the house was going to be stagged, we agreed with the terms of cleaning around the furniture so we agreed. Once we got there you told us the contractor wasn't done and the appliances were delayed and told us they were coming later that day to install the appliances. We explain again about cleaning around the furniture you said ok that was fine. Remember the house is a 4bed/3full baths. We clean all 1st floor windows from outside with screens and tracks and clean all interior windows. We had to wait till the appliances guys were done in order to clean the rest of the kitchen. So yes we got a bit delayed. Once we finished we told you to check everything. We clean all ceiling fans besides one due to the bed being right in the middle and the ceiling fan was the highest out of all and was a bit too high to clean. You wanted us to come back on a Friday a week later we were booked that day. We ask if any other day was possible for us to come back with a bigger ladder to clean the ceiling fan and you never contacted me back. Sorry for the inconvenience but we thought we were clear enough guess not. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you
