- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our prices vary it all depends on the material and size. Also edging but will also know how to work with our costumer budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we like to come out to the home or business to take measurements and verify square footage, this will allow us to give an accurate labor price. Wwhile verifying the square footage we explain the labor process and what is included. we also discuss material options, quartz, granite, or marble etc. Most projects required full slabs, which is why we like to personally take our customers to slab yards and pick out the exact slab that will be installed in their home. Sometimes going to a slab yard can be intimidating so we accompany our clients so we can answer questions and verify that the product is not damaged or defected. in short, we try to make the process as easy as possible start to finish. Our another services we have are tile, prefab countertops anything you need to make, we will make it come true.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I was 13 years old I’ve been working in Stone industry , I’ve work with 2 or 3 companies that have been in the stone industry for over 40 years , I started sweeping then step by step went to Fabrication & Install Became Forman and I got my contractor license open my Owen business 15 years ago.
