- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is usually flat rate, but some projects may be hourly. It really depends on each individual job, and I'm always open to negotiation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will tell me which service they need, and ask any questions they have. I give them a price offer, and if they choose me we discuss details and settle on a time and day for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up with a dog who I absolutely love, and currently own a cat so I'm happy to take care of all animals. I'm also skilled at all house-cleaning duties, I learned under strict supervision so I always do the job 100%.
