- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part I go with the requested cost per person and then figure in travel and disposables (trash cans/liners, paper plates, utensils, etc). Then if there are extra needs, such as platters, chaffers, centerpieces, I'll add that in as well. It's all about figuring out how to create a memorable expierence, while keeping the cost at a minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat with them first, listen to their big picture, put something together that's unique and special for them, and then hash out the details. Collaboration is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My grandmother is a great teacher 😉
