- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I do offer two set packages (a “Complete” and an “A La Carte”), in most cases, I build custom packages for couples. Your wedding will be unique, why shouldn't your photography package be? Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me regarding packages and pricing. I’d be happy to work with you one on one to build something that fits your specific needs. Plus, occasionally I offer seasonal discounts and specials and contacting me directly will make sure that you don’t miss out!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of the tools I use to operate my business is a password protected, online platform that houses all of our communications and files so that everything is in one place. As a convenience, it also integrates with your email so that you can quickly and easily respond to messages. The system can also accept online payments, which my couples love!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While most of my photography education and training comes from self-education and over 10 years of on the job experience in photographing weddings and events, I do hold degrees in both multimedia arts as well as business. So, not only am I able to provide you with high quality, professional images that capture your big day, but I’m also able to provide you with a seamless customer service experience in accordance with professional business practices.
