- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard system for pricing on certain things however our pricing may vary depending on each situation we face. Our goal is to ensure that we quote effectively and efficiently for each and every service we provide to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we want to speak with our customers about what they expect of us, and ensure that we have a plan for the work needed and that we each agree to the terms. We want to make sure that your expectations are met and or exceeded.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this business after sitting in a class for app development. During the class I noticed that many questions myself and others were not answered. I decided at this time that I wanted to make sure that I could not only answer these questions for other but make sure that everyone can be trained to know the process of what we're doing for you.
