- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting the customer, we set up a date to meet them and review the project. During this time we discuss everything the customer wants completed; we ask them for their input, while adding our own personal expertise. After the in-home meeting is conducted we hand write an estimate, we mail this or email it to our customers within 1-3 business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Associates Degree in Drafting and Design -Professional Carpetnry Training -Product Training Yearly -10+ Years Experience working for Commercial and Residential carpentry companies prior to starting D.C. Mullins Construction.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent James Hardie project that we just completed was a great experience. We installed siding, soffit, fascia, and trim. The customer was great to work with, he had wonderful ideas, and was very involved with his renovation. This project took approximately ten days. Customer feedback is essential for an amazing finished job.
