Mary Anne, Thank you for your review, I am truly sorry you feel this way, the comments in this review are not completely accurate but nevertheless, I appreciate them very much. This has been a learning experience. -The contract states that we needed to be within 20 feet or less of an electrical outlet. This was the first obstacle that we encountered that made the event difficult. We used our resources to solve this inconvenience, we even bought an additional 25 foot extension cord to go along with the 100 footer that we had to use so we would not have to prop open the door of the store that we were set up in front of. We didn't want to inconvenience the store or it's customers as it was about 25 degrees outside that night. The first night we were ready on time even though we ran into a second problem that we lost power when the DJ plugged in and this caused the breaker to trip. We had to scramble to find someone who knew where the breaker box was and get the power back on. It was eventually found and turned back on but it took about 20 minutes for this to happen. I also want to mentioned we know people wearing green will not be able to have a good picture since the color will blend in, but this is something very difficult to control, taking into consideration this was a public event making it difficult to reach out to let them know to not wear green. Green screens are used instead of blue because the great majority of people wear tones of blues and not greens. - The second day I completely agree, even though I was at location on time I had difficulties with the green screen the wind and the cold weather, the main issue as you accurately mentioned I did not have sufficient help, and my light broke due to the wind. The third night I was very happy to hear that due to cold temperatures I would be able to set up inside one of your stores but I was not informed of which one. I arrived at 3:38 pm but wasted 29 minutes trying to find a good location to set up the station. I needed to remind you of how much space I needed and the initial place where you told me to set up was completely inappropriate. I believe this is what you refer as complaining and arguing. I also need to mention that the manager of the store was not even aware that we were going to be located at that store making the situation somewhat uncomfortable. However, the manager was very understanding and helpful and had no complaints. I set up with plenty of time not because of the threats as you mentioned, but because we did not deliver a good product the second night and I felt a responsibility to make up for some of the time that we lost for your event. I am sorry you did not have a positive experience and that the discount given to you was not enough but please understand I worked within the parameters that were given to me, some not up to the stated contract but did the best I could. I was accommodating with you and did everything I could to fulfill the service. I even accepted when you stated in an email after the second night that you would fulfill remaining balance via check after the event was completed even though the contract clearly states we are to be paid in full at the end of the night after the event has been completed.
