So good to find a plumber who is capable and fair in pricing. He did the job quickly and efficiently and I would be comfortable recommending him to anyone.

Tyler did a wonderful job of remodeling my kitchen including removing a wall and reconfiguring the water lines. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He has done numerous other projects around my home including remodeling our bathroom, moving our washer and dryer in the laundry room and installing a hot water heater. Tyler is kind and courteous and does a great job of cleaning up! I have recommended him to a number of people who have also been very pleased. I have attached some pictures of our kitchen.

I am updating a previous 1 star review. Ultimately, the issues below were resolved; however, for the purposes of transparency, I believe that it is only fair to keep the original review in place for the record. I hate to give bad reviews. Tyler came on December the 9th 2016 (20 minutes late) and removed an old hot water tank. He did not have a dolly to bring in the new hot water tank, so I helped him carry it down to the basement. Tyler then said he would have to come back with his dolly (on the 14th) to pick up the tank. Tyler did not bring a shop-vac either (another example of not being prepared, even though he was late for the job in the first place.) So I had to handle quite a bit of water leakage on my own. Two weeks later, Tyler still had not removed the old tank, so I contacted Tyler to remind him and he claimed that he was just offering to help me out as a 'gesture' and that he was not sure when he was going to come back. I let Tyler know that that was unacceptable to me. Tyler claimed that I 'didn't offer to help him'; although I had helped him carry the new tank and he had said he was going to get rid of the old tank (which SEEMS to me to be standard, but which he had offered). Typically customers don't have to help carry down hot water tanks. When I told Tyler that I wanted him to remove the tank ASAP and not 'when he gets the chance', Tyler told me that I was now attacking his reputation and that the gesture was no longer on the table. I let Tyler know that I hate to write bad reviews, but considering his behavior, tardiness, and unpreparedness, I would not be able to use him for other projects and that I would not refer him to others, and lastly that I would have to leave him a bad review (which I hate doing!). Tyler said 'go ahead'. The right response is "I'll fix the problem". So far the tank is working, so I give Tyler credit for that. But for being late, not having the right tools, saying he would come back for the hot water tank (and not doing so) I have to give Tyler a very bad review! I hate to give bad reviews!
