Introduction: I guide women from fertility through pregnancy, childbirth and into early parenthood with grace and confidence. As both a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator and a Prenatal Yoga instructor, my approach is a blend of evidence based information, holistic lore and compassionate communication. I've been working with women on their journey to parenthood for over nine years. I love seeing my clients grow as I work with them. My work is so much more than yoga or childbirth education. I support my mothers, and their partners, fully on their way to becoming parents. To see their confidence grow and their successful journeys, warms my heart.

Shining Light is unlike any other yoga studio in Pittsburgh - the classes are a balanced mix of the education, movement, and rest that pregnant and postnatal women need. The postnatal offerings at Shining Light range from free to affordable and they're very accessible for women who are having a hard time getting back on their feet again. I found it such a welcoming and encouraging environment.

My rates range from $55 - $125 per hour, depending on the services provided.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to working with me, we will do a needs assessment either via email or phone. This allows us both to confirm that we are a good fit for one another. Once we agree to work together, we will set our appointment time(s). Depending on the service I offer, I will work with clients either weekly, monthly or as needed.
