- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We realize that not every couple has the the same budget so we have come up with ways to handle situations so we don't have to turn people away. Of course, we can't provide our services to everyone but when you think outside the box, amazing solutions can happen. Everything that we do and create is "Outside The Box". This is what makes us unique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with the couple first at our kitchen. It's very important that we understand Exactly what they want. We want them to dream big. We show them everything that we have and all that we can do to make that dream happen. We love challenges. We don't have ready made menus because we want each couple to have their own Unique personalized menu. It's important to realize that we don't just supply the food, we supply an experience, a beautiful one. We create memories and know how to create the Wow Factor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband and I own 2 different catering companies. We have been caterers for over ten years.
