Buddy was so helpful. He had great ideas for our design that we had never considered — and are ultimately going with! Very flexible with scheduling appointments on evenings / weekends, too.Mar 2, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Cost is important but lowest cost can be a mistake. When spending tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars on a construction project, skimping on design fees is not a good way to save money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Start out with an initial consultation to allow the customer get to know our capabilities and for us to understand their needs. Concepts sketches including 3D views follow. Then is a good time to start talking with builders about preliminary construction costs. The full design process of detailing the project and creating the drawings is next.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Master in Architecture from Virginia Tech. I've also constructed some of my personal home renovation projects.
