Introduction: Finding the perfect wedding officiant can be difficult, especially today when there are so many out there! I am here to help. I want to get to know you as a couple, thus I require us to meet over coffee or drinks at least three times before the big day. My goal is to make each ceremony unique to the couple, which requires me knowing you both individually and as a unit. My ceremonies are special and designed for you. I can add humor and quirks, or we can be all business, I am great at both! I have a bachelors in theology, so I also can be sure to include aspects of your religious or spiritual beliefs to the ceremony if you do desire. I have a lot of positive energy and I guarantee you won't meet someone quite like me anywhere else.
Who doesn't love a wedding? I love love and I love celebrating with couples. I also enjoy public speaking and helping the couple celebrate in a unique, fun, energetic way.

Reverend Marissa was amazing! Since we were not going the traditional church ceremony route, I was so nervous that our ceremony would end up being a scripted, one size fits all wedding. That was not the case with Marissa. Our ceremony turned out absolutely beautiful and completely tailored to fit me and my husband. Marissa added a few quirks to the ceremony that had the entire crowd laughing. She lightened the tone when we both had tears in our eyes. Marissa guided us in writing our own vows and was always available when we had questions. It was important for me and my husband to include his daughter in our ceremony, and Marissa helped us figure it out. She sent us multiple readings, and my husband and I chose two that we both loved and we thought reflected our relationship. My step-daughter read one, and my cousin read the other. It truly made our ceremony special, and my step-daughter loved being included in the ceremony. Marissa also helped me write a line in my vows to include my step-daughter as a surprise to her and my husband, and there was not a dry eye in the venue. Marissa made our ceremony so special and so detailed specifically to us. It was full of heart felt love and humor. If you are looking for an Officiant that will help create a ceremony tailored specifically to you, I would HIGHLY recommend Marissa. Marissa was a fantastic reverend! She brought a level of professionalism along with personality to really make our ceremony feel unique. She was great to work with and made us feel at ease for our big day by taking charge of the ceremony and leading the rehearsal. Marissa took the time to get to know us and crafted a ceremony around our relationship and personalities. Working with her was such a refreshing experience. I'm hiring Marissa again to renew our vows!!

Marissa was a wonderful officiant. She was well organized and prepared. She took plenty of time to get to know us on a personal level which made the ceremony that much more special. She provided us with best wedding practices and readings which made choosing the layout and readings of the ceremony very easy. I highly recommend Marissa as an officiant.
