WattsCo was extremely responsive and quick to get on site to survey and estimate my sunroom demolition job. Once I cleared all my HOA forms they were able to be on site the next day and completed the job within a total of about 8 hours over two mornings. Very grateful for the quick work they completed before a family weekend visit where we will now be able to use our full deck for entertaining. Thanks so much Billy and team!

This review is a true life testimony of our experience with Thumbtack and the professionals we’ve encountered. Thumbtack’s website has been an absolute blessing while introducing us to a wide variety of skilled and qualified professionals Our family lost everything. Due to a contractor negligence and fraud in the amount of $145,000. Which does not include the loss of our home and belongings Our Homeowners Insurance Which implies that “Their on your side” Watched our beautiful home being flooded and destroyed. Denying claim submission after submission. Offered NO assistance and left us homeless. We have been left trying to rebuild our lives and rebuild a home. You can probably imagine we struggle with trusting any contractors. Therefore we set out and have been acting as our own Contractor. We have been using Thumbtack to secure and hire qualified workers. Mr. Watts of Watts contracting was one of those professionals. Mr. Watts was prompt with responding. Was very profession, knowledgeable and reasonable priced. I can not say enough great things about Mr. Watts and his entire crew!!!!! Thumbtack has been a incredible tool. In helping find qualified, licensed and trustworthy professionals to help us rebuild our lives! We are thankful for this site and the professionals who have been brought into our lives. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Watts Co Demolition we offer the Customer quality work at a very reasonable price, and we are willing to work with them in order to bring their project to completion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once communication is established with the Client, a WattsCo. representative will meet with them at the site to discuss the required work, and within 24 hrs the Customer will receive an E-mail containing the Bid Proposal. Upon acceptance of the Proposal an Insurance Certificate will be issued to the customer within 24-48 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WattsCo. Demolition is Family owned and operated. I began my career over 20 years ago with an apprenticeship under Jim Karis, A 50 year Demolition Veteran and Owner of Karis Demolition Services in Pittsburgh. Over the next few years I went on to perform Commercial gut-out and interior demolition work with other companies
