- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of wedding packages that are all listed on our website with their respective prices. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically communicate through email where we will answer all questions from the couple, send all the details necessary for the inquiry, and include our full music repertoire for review. Once the couple is ready to move forward, we send a short contract outlining all the details discussed and ask for a 50% deposit to secure the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
'Scott and Rosanna' has been a professional music acoustic duo for the past 5 years not only performing at weddings, but at various other functions, events, and establishments. We both studied music in school and in addition to performing, we teach private music lessons.
