Yaakov has been very helpful and friendly to work with. He shows great personal interest in the client to target their specific needs, both in terms of recommending ways to plan diet as well as recommending a trainer who can better assist you with achieving your goals. I enjoyed working out with his trainers. Aside from work, he’s a very fun and chill guy to talk to.

Winners fitness is an exceptional personal training program. The knowledge Yaakov has about the body is something that has impressed me. Everything from your own personal diet fit for your maximum benefit to every workout routine he sets up for you is based on what your goal is and my results are tremendous for my future law enforcement career. I recommend winners fitness to anyone who wants a lifestyle change. Oh and yaakov is a great listener! Conversations is rated at a 10!

Yaakov is an amazing trainer! Not only is he a great motivator and helps you with that extra push, he is also a teacher on the human body. He is so knowledgeable which is very important to me and who I choose to help me stay fit. Anyone can read an article, work out in a gym and offer personal training, but Yaakov has the education that most others do not. He is also genuine in wanting to make a difference, he understands gyms are not at everyones comfort level, therefore he can come to your home with all equipment needed, and work with you. My results have been outstanding and I cant wait to see the continuous results.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients are welcome to do as many or as little sessions as they wish per week! We have absolutely no contract or mandatory commitment. Discounts are available for high frequency clients. We also offer free sessions as an appreciation gift for any new clients you refer!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to get to know you by learning a little about you and your goals. Following this we like to cover any dietary or physical restrictions we need to keep in mind for safety. Finally we make a plan of action and schedule the first appointment!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every member of our team holds a a high level certification in personal training, as well as all massage therapists hold a licensure in Massage Therapy
