- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most attorneys bill by the hour for services. In some situations, an attorney may just bill a flat fee for a limited service. Our office offers affordable hourly rates and some flat fee services. When we speak with you, we try to be as accurate and as up-front as possible with our pricing. We need to get to know you and your case first!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we connect with a new client, we speak by phone. That helps me to determine if I’m a good fit. The next thing we do is schedule you to come in to the office (in most circumstances). At that time I can give you advice and guidance, and get to work on your case if you choose.
