- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on distance, repertoire needed (i.e. if I need to learn new music or already know it), whether my own PA system is needed, and of course how long the set is!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a new customer, we normally take some time to discuss what sort of event is in question, the repertoire is desired, the time frame needed, and how far the travel is to determine the quote. During the the days leading up to the event, I am in contact with the customer about any changes and any suggestions they might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in vocal music and 2 years of experience performing regularly at weddings, parties, and other venues.
