- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a one time((jjmkkyour time diagnostic fee of 65$ for damaged circuits, minor repairs and device replacements are included in this fee. After that, I have varying degrees of service, which are priced according to 3 tiers of difficulty. I stand by my pricing and explain thoroughly what the options are. I typically offer 3 choices for each job on pricing, minimal, average, and difficult. These depend upon the amount of construction or demolition to perform my job . Communication is essential in my industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers always get 10% off on repairs, if the task is to be $50+. This is also applicable to the diagnostic fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended CHI institute, and Penn Foster college. CHI was all forms of the trade, Solar, residential, commercial, industrial and electronic. More recently I took a course at Penn Foster to specify in updated residential requirements.
