Rod Brodie was excellent in all respects. He responded to my initial inquiry within minutes, reviewed the photos I posted of the requested work, and arrived at my home the next day to scope the job. Since I did not want the job performed until we could skip using the tiled shower for a few days, this allowed both of us to plan. He provided an estimate for the work the next day for the tile shower floor repair and recommended against trying to match kitchen floor tiles until a major remodel. The work started and finished when promised. Rod was friendly, efficient, cleaned up over the two day job, and used high quality materials and perfectly matched existing grout. He silicone caulked and sealed all the shower tiles, not just what was repaired, which the builder neglected to originally do. Rod was a pleasure to work with and I would hire him again wholeheartedly. My shower floor is better than new.

Signature Tile Setters repaired/replaced some flooring that I had done by another contractor. I am sooooooo happy I stumbled upon STS as they were professional, punctual, and courteous. In addition, I asked them to hang several pictures and they have made my new house into a home. They are my new "go to" contractors for all of my flooring needs.

Rod responded quickly, his price was reasonable and work was perfect! He discovered the issue with my shower tile installed by a different contractor and fixed the issue permanently. He and Jeremiah also helped with a couple of small repairs. All done timely and professionally! Highly recommended
