I hired MCDA to facilitate a sales team meeting with my staff. Sales have been down month after month. MCDA facilitated an energetic, strategic and focused sales meeting that engaged each sales team member and they gave them skills to get lost customers back. No, we tailor our cost to our customers needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer experience starts with a meeting. We like to sit with our customers so that we can fully understand the need of each client. We want to make sure that the customer gets what they are asking for and that they get a consultant that they are comfortable with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our business consultants come from a variety of industries and have over 10+ years of experience each. Our consultants have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a technical field, and most have an MBA.
