Introduction: I have 20 years of experience in public safety, military, and education. I am a Krav Maga instructor and have been practicing Krav Maga for 15 years.
I've taught all levels as well as many age groups. I also teach Active Shooter Awareness, Tactical Lifesaver Class, and Home Handgun Defense.
Every class can be catered to the needs of the client.
What I enjoy most about my work is the opportunity to give back, to share with others my training and experience, to be able to help people to better themselves and gain confidence, and to teach a skill that could potentially save their lives or the lives of others.

I have been doing Krav under Josh's instruction for six months and can tell you that the results are amazing. If you want to lose weight and tone up quickly he is the one to help you do it! More importantly, I have learned so much from his self defense training! He teaches you to be ready for any and every scenario that could come your way. The best part is that he charges half the price of other instructors that have way less experience. Josh is worth every penny, you won't be sorry!
