- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each Bride is unique. As a result, I cannot fit Brides into a pricing schedule or package. Each quote is done individually and is specific to each Bride. That way, each Bride gets exactly the items she needs and not a lot of extras she doesn't need or want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment and we work up a quote. This is a working quote and may be modified up until 3 weeks before the wedding. I will work with you and your venues to create the most cost effective, yet elegant arrangements, using any items the venues or the Bride may want to incorporate in her designs. Petals also rents many elements at an additional charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training is on the job. Having 20 years in the floral business, including nursery work, retail management and training and 15 years designing fresh, I can discuss and incorporate many ideas and elements. Most importantly - I can also tell you what won't work! Also, and most importantly - I listen!! It isn't my vision I am trying to create - it's YOURS!!
