Introduction: I have been renovating/remodeling, construction, and handyman work for over 25 years. When complete, not only will the job be as expected but safe, secure and long lasting. All the pictures are of my own work, I can provide before and during pictures upon request in person. Customer satisfaction while still meeting local building codes is what we strive for. Providing a service/job that both, customers and I, can be proud of. The end results of a job where both customer and I are happy with the results. Sorry, I don't repair or build decks, gazebos, etc....in the winter. I don't do exterior work in the winter (in snow, or in low temperatures). ***** Regarding gazebos; I build permanent structures. He picked out and installed a great wall mount for my new 70 inch TV. Did an amazaing job and was super fast and put all the wiring behind the walls. Excellent Job!

I am extremely happy with the work Lorenzo has done; he does outstanding work. Lorenzo has completed several projects for me. I hired Lorenzo to refinish my basement. He transformed the space from a damp and dingy space into a warm and welcoming entertainment space for my family. We now spend more time in the basement than any other part of the house. I am so happy with the work that Lorenzo did that I hired him to do several other smaller jobs. Lorenzo has replaced a toilet that was leaking. He fixed my electoral wiring that another handyman incorrectly installed. He installed a new exterior door. I would highly recommend Lorenzo, as he does great quality work and he is up front about the cost.
