No one should ever opt "Inspired event Decoration" . This Lady Adrene is the worst lady that i have ever spoke too. I gave the decoration to this "Inspired event Decoration"for my daughters birthday party and 10-days before i paid 80% of the money, on the day of the event just 1 hr. before she called me and say sorry we will refund all your money we won't make it. Entire my party was spoiled. I am telling you this kind of people should be punished like anything they don't have any moral values my money is struck with them.Jul 9, 2018VerifiedAdrean M.'s reply
I am sorry that we could not deliver the balloons as promised,. I understand how you feel. You provided the wrong date and we tried to accommodate you after discovering that the information you provided was incorrect. We explained that we were squeezing you in because we were already booked on the date that you changed to. We tried unsuccessfully to work with you to either set up early or the day before and you refused to go with that option. I reduces the price multiple times because you complained about the price. My customers have always been satisfied and unfortunately this delivery did not go as planned. I know how important your daughter's party was but to say I ruined the entire event because we didn't deliver a balloon arch and 6 balloon centerpieces is a little over stated. I was never rude or unprofessional with you at any time so to state that I am the worst person to speak to is incorrect. Your money is not stuck with me, a refund is being processed. Again I am sorry that we could not fulfill your request.
