My daughter got married in 2015 and Annalisa was our go to gal..she helped us out with everything and listened to my daughter's ideas and made them happen. Phantom of the opera was her theme! Bella events helped answer questions and got the wedding venue to do what was expected and her day was special. She made the bride's/bridal party bouquets. Centerpieces and many extras added. I have had a wonderful time working with Bella Events. The graduation party that this designer put together for me was so beautifully detailed. This designer has a special way of putting everything I say into a perfectly crafted design and truly pays attention to every detail. I believe that is what ultimately makes a beautiful event. Throughout my event I was constantly getting compliments on the decor. This designer was great at communication, she valued my opinion, and she really stayed on top of things. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing depends on the type of event, the duties I am hired for, how many locations are involved, if I am in charge of other vendors. I sometimes charge a percentage of budget, but that may be typically for a wedding that is larger in size. Pricing can also be billed per hour as well. I can match prices or packages offered by other planners, decorators or coordinators. I can work with your budget, understanding that sometimes you may need to work on what may or may not be included in that pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet and consult with my clients either personally or via phone so that I may become familiar with their ideas, likes and dislikes, their personalities and vision of what they want their event to look like. I want to make sure they also like me and feel comfortable with me and any ideas I bring forth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My employment history: I have been a planner for 8 years now. I have added to that event coordinating and decorating as well. I have worked for various restaurants in their private dining rooms and have worked for various venues as their event coordinator. Throughout this time, I have met many wonderful people who have hired me back after completing their initial event, be it at a venue or at their home.
