I am so glad I chose to hire Pride Plumbing. The technician sent was named Adam, he is such a professional gentleman. He explained to me why the water heater couldn’t be saved, why a new one was needed, and the complete process of the job. One thing I absolutely loved is how knowledgeable he was & gave me options of what kind and type of water heater I wanted, opposed to companies offering you the one or two they make the most money off of. He completed the job in a couple hours and I swear our basement is cleaner than it was before he installed the water heater. I felt comfortable having him in our home. I’d highly recommend hiring Pride plumbing..!!!Nov 8, 2017

Job stated replace two outdoor light fixtures. Rate given was $49 hr. Showed up late wanting to charge $160 to install the lights. State normally a electrician is needed but he could do it in 15 minuets. I declined too costly. He left. Text back $100 rate. Due to travel and fuel. Declined offer again. Was willing to pay$60 for total install not $160 for 30 min.May 12, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Most of my career I have worked with several big and very reputable companies and after working for them so long and charging customers outlandish prices I realized that I could do it on my own for a lot cheaper and also do it a lot better which is where I’m at today with my own company. All my customers I was so happy with my prices that 90% of them are absolute return customers and call me every time they need anything done whatsoever.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? After graduating high school I attended two years of heating and air-conditioning also known as HVAC school/training where I excelled to the top of my class. I learned everything from HVAC to plumbing to electrical to basic carpentry. This was about 20 years ago and I’ve been in the fields ever sense.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started this type of work right out of high school because right after I graduated I started two years of schooling and training in HVAC where I was trained and everything from heating and Air conditioning to plumbing to electrical to basic carpentry.
