Service calls are $55 and that service call will be waived if a repair is purchased.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned appliance repair through 1 year of on the job training in 2006. I've worked with 3 different companies and all of the customers have requested me by name, so I decided to branch out and try my hand at ownership.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My brother and his best friend started appliance repair right after high school and the company they were working for needed more technicians but couldn't find any reliable ones. So my brother's boss asked if they knew anyone that would be interested in on the job training and so my brother asked me. The rest is history.
What types of customers have you worked with?
In ten years of appliance repair, I'm pretty sure I've worked with every customer imaginable but I truly see something new everyday.
