FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first number that we discuss is always the number zero. All of our clients spend zero to come on board with us, and the out-of-pocket expense for our clients is the number zero. We pay for all expenses regarding your case from the day you become a client, up to and including filing a lawsuit and going to court. We will only be paid when and if we obtain a satisfactory settlement for you. Typically, we are paid 33% out of any settlement that you receive, plus reimbursement for our documented out-of-pocket expenses for your case. If we end up filing a lawsuit and going to trial, the effort and attention to your case increase, and so does our compensation. When it is necessary to file a lawsuit, we are paid 40% out of any settlement that you receive, plus reimbursement for our expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will sit down to get a thorough review of your case: What happened? Who was involved? What are your injuries, your medical treatment? How has your life been affected? After a thorough review, we will go over the process with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While all of our affiliated attorneys are fully licensed to practice in Texas courts, they specialize in working in the Collin County court system.
